PURCHASE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
When you place an order to purchase products and services through the Site, you agree to follow and be bound by these Purchase Terms and Conditions.

We may refuse or cancel orders. All sales are final. No returns, no refunds, no exchange.

While we will use our best efforts to fulfill all orders, we cannot guarantee the availability of any particular product displayed on the Site. We reserve the right to discontinue the sale of any product listed on the Site at any time without notice. The receipt of an order number or an email order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of an order or a confirmation of an offer to sell. We reserve the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity on any item and/or to refuse service to any customer. We may require verification of information before accepting an order.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

We may change information, including prices, of products and services listed on the Site.

All descriptions, images, references, features, content, specifications, products, and prices of products and services described or depicted on the Site are subject to change at any time without notice (including after you have submitted your order). We will correct errors that we discover, and we reserve the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any error, inaccuracy, or omission (including after an order has been submitted).

We cannot confirm the price of an item until you order. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items listed on the Site may be mispriced. If the correct price of an item is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

We are committed to satisfying your home furniture needs, and that includes offering you a variety of flexible ways to pay for your purchase. We are proud to offer you online Lay-A-Way. By using our online Lay-A-Way service, you are agreeing to abide by the following terms and conditions.

Placing an Item on Lay-A-Way and Making Payments
Every item in our Online Showroom is available for our online Lay-A-Way service.  When an item is placed on Lay-A-Way, you will be prompted to choose a number of payments and a payment amount.  By accepting the number and amount of payments, you are agreeing to make that number of payments within twelve (12) months of placing the item on layaway.  Lay-A-Way purchases that exceed twelve (12) months will be cancelled.

Payments may be made at any time at your discretion, provided that the first payment is made at the initiation of the Lay-A-Way and the final payment is made within the twelve (12) month period described above.  The number of payments and payment amount may not be changed.  Payments must be made on this website through the “My Account” feature.  Payment will not be accepted through the physical location or any other way.

Items marked as “Out-of-Stock” are available for our online Lay-A-Way service.  However, we do not represent or warrant that an item marked as “Out-of-Stock” will be available for delivery upon completion of all Lay-A-Way payments.  Nor do we represent or warrant that items currently available for delivery will be available for delivery upon completion of all Lay-A-Way payments.  Item availability is subject to stock available from the manufacturer(s).  If your item is not available when all Lay-A-Way payments are completed, you may either (i) wait for the product to become available; or (ii) cancel your order without any cancellation fee and receive a store credit equal to the amount you have applied towards your Lay-A-Way item.

Can I change the product I have on Lay-A-Way?
You may cancel your current Lay-A-Way purchase and create a new layaway purchase. The funds applied to your canceled Lay-A-Way purchase may be applied to your new Lay-A-Way purchase, less the cancellation fee of 25%of the full retail value of the product at the time that the product was placed on Lay-A-Way. Can I cancel my order on Lay-A-Way?
Canceled layaway orders are subject to a cancellation fee of 25% of the full retail value of the product at the time that the product was placed on Lay-A-Way. Any remaining funds added towards your purchase will be available to you as store credit to be applied towards another purchase.

Shipping fees and sales tax, if applicable, are included in the Lay-A-Way payments.
